In recognition of Black History Month, a stimulating night of keynotes, conversations and entertainment to inspire, motivate and drive positive action in the sphere of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Flying in from South Africa, globally in demand speaker Dr Makaziwe Mandela will address the blessing and pressure of being a ‘Mandela’, explore what uncomfortable conversations need to be had about race, inequality and social injustice, along with her position on being actively anti-racist, and practical tips on creating a better and brighter future for all.

Historian and broadcaster David Olusoga and Inclusive Leadership Speaker René Carayol, two bona fide thought leaders in the DE&I space, will bring their important and potent voices to proceedings as part of a Q&A panel.

The audience will be able to pose questions to the stellar line up.

The renowned London Community Gospel Choir will bring their unique sounds and charisma to proceedings.

The agency once again had the pleasure of working with New All Black legend, Dan Carter. We handled a brief for Dan to participate in Hg’s Senior Leadership Gathering 2023. This was an event to enable 100 transatlantic CEOs and senior leaders to step away and discuss core themes impacting our industry, focusing on AI, its impact on hyper scaled software providers and how that may impact how we build scaled software companies of the future.
