As part of Checkout.com’s Africa Day celebration, GamePlan Solutions arranged for Tukwini Mandela to be their special guest speaker. To close out the season of Seaman Says, GamePlan secured football legend Ian Wright as the final guest — and he did not disappoint. Charismatic, candid, and full of insight, Ian brought energy and passion to the conversation, delivering standout moments that left a lasting impression. It was a fitting finale to a brilliant season.

On Wednesday, David was back at the Emirates for another pitch day, this time with former team mate Paul Merson. A corporate partner was hosting a 5-a-side tournament. David and Paul watched the final stages of the tournament and presented the trophy to the victors. The players and guests then moved up to the hospitality area for food and drinks and a lively Q&A hosted by Gabby Logan. A quality day for all.

As the excitement builds ahead of the eagerly anticipated Lions tour of Australia, our friends at MBN Events hosted a showpiece dinner; ‘The Pre Tour Roar’. Guests were able to rub shoulders with the biggest names in international rugby, hear stories from previous Australia tours as well as some of the current squad members looking ahead of the tour to come. Arsenal sponsor and David Seaman Partner Betway, hosted a fantastic pitchday at the Emirates. The brand by hosted an 11-a-side game between a team of Arsenal-supporting Betway UK customers, who took on a team of Betway Africa VIP customers who had flown in for a series of fantastic events.
