Recognising the 10 years since the sad passing of her grandfather, President Mandela. Tukwini Mandela spoke with Hello! Magazine. She shared stories about the great man and what she learned from him along with the lessons that he taught the world.
Tukwini also spoke about the lifestyle business that she runs with her mother Dr Mandela, The House of Mandela.
As part of the planned activity to promote her fantastic new book about her father President Mandela (‘Mandela – In Honor of an Extraordinary Life’), Dr Mandela, along with daughter Tukwini, spent a week in New York at the start of the month.
Dr Mandela inspired the graduating students at NYU, delivering the commencement speech. She also met with students at Princeton University for a book signing and a talk that was very well received
On the Saturday, the Mandelas were guest of honour at Reverand Al Sharpton’s House of Justice in Harlem, attending his morning Rally. In addition to meeting the brother of George Floyd, Dr Mandela had a live discussion with the Reverend before signing books for the congregation.
In addition to some further fireside chats and private meetings, Dr Mandela was interviewed by the Reverend Sharpton on his MSNBC show ‘Politics Nation’
On Friday 1st December, David Seaman joined his good friend Ian Wright at the adidas LDN Flagship store on Oxford Street. This was to support the release of the Arsenal x Ian Wright pre-match capsule collection.
