Once again, a16z hosted a small gathering of c40 portfolio CEO’s for an evening of Texas Hold ‘Em poker in Las Vegas. After a successful event last year, Liv Boeree was invited back.

At Smith & Wollensky in  Vegas, Liv mingled with guests and had photos taken, before 2 hours of poker playing where she gave hints and tips to the guests. Another fun evening had by all.

Dr Mandela and daughter Tukwini undertook a trip to the DRC in support of the fantastic charity, Malaika.

Led by Noella Coursaris Musunka, the charity is focused on empowering Congolese Girls and their communities through education and health programs.

The Mandelas were on the ground to see their work up close as well as participate in the graduation of the class of 2024.

With the 2024/25 Premier League season underway, David Seaman’s popular podcast, Seaman Says, is also back in action.

The podcast is now recorded in a studio, with Betway installed as the principal partner. There is also a new co-host, with experienced broadcaster Faye Carruthers now part of the team.
