Fishing Republic brand ambassador travelled up to York for a day of content shooting and interacting with fans.
GO Outdoors, owner of more than 80 sports retail stores, has opened the doors to a flagship 125,000sqft store in York, northern England, which boasts 380 brands covering outdoor sports that include walking, camping, caravanning, water sports, running, horse riding, climbing and fishing. It also has over 30 branded concession areas that include YETI – its largest store in Europe – and Garmin, the electronics giant that has won awards worldwide for its fishing technology.
David managed to have a private tour of the fantastic store as well as filming some fun content on site.
The ever energetic and entertaining Ray Parlour was booked by the Fencing Association for their annual awards lunch. This afternoon event took place at St James’s Park in Newcastle.
After a lively lunch, Ray delivered an entertaining talk, regaling the audience with stories from his days on and off the pitch before handing out the awards.
Dr Mandela returned to London for a series of Black History Month commitments. This included a memorable engagement with the London Stock Exchange Group.
After a book signing event for a select few employees and stakeholders, Dr Mandela participated in a brief Q&A. This was followed by the London Community Gospel Choir performing a set. After some networking, Dr Mandela was in the main auditorium for a lively fireside chat led by Bola Ogun (Group Leader Total Rewards, Performance D&I, LSEG).
